HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
  • Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive employer brand.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment.

Work Timing:

  • 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
