We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and select top talent to meet the company’s hiring needs, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends and apply best recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
