Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation for new employees.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and HR databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment metrics.
• Support HR team in employee engagement, training, and administrative activities.

• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
