Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in a leading insurance company. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding of high-performing candidates, primarily for sales and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the insurance/financial services sector, and the ability to attract the right talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.

Identify and attract quality candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Ensure timely closure of positions across functions, mainly sales, operations, and support roles.

Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards.

Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred) with 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI sector.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at stakeholder management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
