Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media)
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports
• Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verifications
• Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent outreach initiatives
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and labor market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
