Job Summary:

Blue Wing Talent Management is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 0 to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess good work ethics, a professional attitude, and a keen interest in building a career in talent acquisition and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various job portals.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain proper documentation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–1 Year in HR Recruitment (freshers with internship experience can apply).
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Skills: Good communication skills (English & Hindi), MS Excel, and a positive attitude.
• Attributes: Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
