HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Conduct high-volume telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates through all stages of the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions as per targets.
• Work closely with the HR team to improve sourcing and onboarding efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk or volume hiring preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new recruitment strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
