HR Recruiter

Jobgenix is hiring for the role of HR Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with respective functions’ goals & objectives

ensure the company recruitment process – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed

Drive referral/campus hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.

Utilize recruitment metrics & analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.

Who are we looking for?

Exposure to bulk hiring / sales hiring is mandatory.

Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.

Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
