Key Responsibilities:

· Understand hiring requirements from different departments.

· Source candidates through portals, social media, networking.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Support HR team with other talent-related activities as required.

· Requirements

· Minimum graduation is required.

· Minimum 6 months+ experience in recruitment.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
