HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screen and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Experience in bulk or corporate hiring preferred
• Strong communication & coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,386.23 - ₹15,318.23 per month
