Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities until candidate onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters and support HR operations as needed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
