Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective department heads and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and release offer letters, confirmation letters, and related HR documents.
  • Follow up with selected candidates till the date of joining.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams for manpower planning and timely fulfillment.
  • Participate in campus drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring activities when required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in interior, construction, or retail sector preferred).
  • Good communication in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet hiring deadlines under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
