Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, fitment, and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and timely updating them.
  • Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Work on employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with organizational policies and timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of job market trends and sourcing strategies.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset & team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
