2. Strong Communication – Clear coordination with site heads, vendors, and skilled/unskilled labor.

3. Local Talent Sourcing

4. Quick Turnaround – Ability to fill urgent site requirements promptly.

5. Negotiation Skills – Handling wage expectations, contracts, and onboarding terms effectively.

6. Field Flexibility – Willingness to visit sites or labor camps if needed for recruitment.

7. Multi-Role Handling – Recruiting for varied positions, from field staff to office roles.

8. Documentation Accuracy – Handling joining forms, ID proofs, compliance documents (PF, ESI, etc.).

9. Vendor Coordination – Managing labor supply agencies or contract staffing.

10. Resilience & Patience – Dealing with high attrition, last-minute dropouts, and manpower fluctuations.
