Conceps is looking for an HR Executive who can manage the day-to-day people operations from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and reporting.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, keeping communication clear across teams, and ensuring every process runs smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR documentation.
  • Handle monthly payroll preparation, including leave tracking, salary processing, and payslip generation.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll verification and compliance.
  • Prepare and share regular HR reports on headcount, attendance, performance, and hiring progress.
  • Support team leads with performance reviews, employee feedback, and appraisal documentation.
  • Plan and assist with team engagement activities and internal events.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and fairly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR/Operations role.
  • Working knowledge of payroll management and HR reporting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and HR software/tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • A positive, proactive approach to people and process management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
