Conceps is looking for an HR Executive who can manage the day-to-day people operations from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and reporting.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, keeping communication clear across teams, and ensuring every process runs smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR documentation.
- Handle monthly payroll preparation, including leave tracking, salary processing, and payslip generation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll verification and compliance.
- Prepare and share regular HR reports on headcount, attendance, performance, and hiring progress.
- Support team leads with performance reviews, employee feedback, and appraisal documentation.
- Plan and assist with team engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and fairly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR/Operations role.
- Working knowledge of payroll management and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and people-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and HR software/tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A positive, proactive approach to people and process management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
