HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
• Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Pay: ₹9,667.69 - ₹30,876.20 per month
