HR Recruiter

Requirement:

• Graduate or HR specialisation course
• Handson experience & knowledge of hiring portals
• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Hospitality industry experience is preffered

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers & candidates
• Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
• Negotiate salaries & benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
