Role: HR - Recruiter (Full-time, office-based)

Work Hours: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

* Interact with clients and candidates for job profile explanations and preliminary interviews.

* Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.

* Use platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn effectively.

* Follow up on post-employment checks and onboarding.

* Develop and apply innovative recruitment strategies in a competitive market.

* Collaborate with the team, showcasing excellent communication and technical skills.

* Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Attending face-to-face or video interviews as required.

Job Requirements

* Strong English communication skills.

* Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

* Sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

• Karur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
