HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Executive to join our growing team at Modelcam Engineering Services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating engineering, IT and technical manpower for our client companies across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client manpower requirements in detail
• Source candidates through job portals and references
• Screen and shortlist suitable profiles for technical and engineering roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients & candidates
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future positions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Engineering / Technical preferred)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Freshers with good interpersonal and coordination skills can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
