HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work from Office / Work from Home)

Location:

• Work from Office: Rajkot (near Raiya Telephone Exchange, 150 ft. Ring road.)
• Work from Home: Gujarat (candidates from Gujarat only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles on a PAN India level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR initiatives related to hiring and employee engagement.
• Participate in training and continuous learning sessions.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Other: Must have access to a stable internet connection for remote work.

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Rajkot) / Work from Home (Gujarat only)
• Training: 15 days mandatory training before starting regular work.
• Gender: Male & Female both can apply.
