HR Recruiter

Role: HR Recruiter(Only Male)
Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 6 to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
