HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily focusing on volume hiring for various positions across branches or business units. The role majorly involves sourcing, screening of profiles.

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and local networks.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
• Support campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.

Male Candidates are Preferred.

1 - 2 Years of experience in Automobile/ NBFC/ Retail hiring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
