Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Assist HR team in day-to-day operations and engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals.
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and good organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
