HR Recruiter

Job description:

We're looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring.

• 5 days working, Sunday fixed off.
• Alternate Saturday off.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Update Job Descriptions.
• Source Candidates Via Online Channels And Data Calling.
• Craft Recruiting Emails.
• Good Communication Skills
• Screen Resumes And Conduct Interviews (Phone, Video, In-person).
• Advertise Job Openings On Various Platforms.
• Provide Candidate Shortlists To Hiring Managers.
• Monitor Key HR Metrics Like Time-To-Fill & Time-To-Hire.
• Participate In Job Fairs & In-house Events.
• Assist With Onboarding New Hires.

Requirements :

• Any Graduate Fresher or Experienced Candidates.
• HR Specialization Preferred.

Salary:

• Freshers: INR 10K - 15K. + Unlimited Incentives based on Performance
• Experienced: Based On Last Drawn.
