P-Tech is a fast-growing BPO company providing world-class customer service and sales solutions to international clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Female HR Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team and play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the company recruits qualified and motivated candidates for various departments. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities in a dynamic call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and job postings across platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and background verifications.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support HR documentation, attendance, and record-keeping processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates only.
