Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven HR Executives (Recruitment) to join our HR team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and the development of a strong talent pipeline to support our fast-growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure documentation completion for all new hires.
• Participate in job fairs, walk-in interviews, and other recruitment drives.
• Track and report hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in bulk hiring is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
