Job Title: HR Recruiter – Restaurants & Cafés

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various restaurant and café positions. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment — from manpower planning and job posting to onboarding — ensuring staffing needs are met promptly with high-quality hires aligned to brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Coordinate with Operations Managers, Chefs, and Outlet Managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop and post job advertisements through various online platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates locally and internationally for all restaurant and café positions (FOH, BOH, and support).
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and facilitate final interviews with department heads.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure proper documentation before offer release.

2. Hiring & Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with PRO/HR Admin for visa processing, medical, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new employees.

3. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Build a talent pool for future openings across multiple restaurant and café brands.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hospitality institutes, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and training centers.

4. HR Support & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and manpower reports.
  • Ensure fair hiring practices aligned with company diversity and inclusion policies.
  • Assist in updating job descriptions and organizational charts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment within the hospitality or F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, catering).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (ATS, HRMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
