Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics, administrative staff, etc.).
- Develop job descriptions, post openings, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update manpower records and ensure timely recruitment as per staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Promote a positive and ethical work environment.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and process payroll data in coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Manage employee exit formalities and documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance metrics and support development plans.
- Coordinate training and continuous education programs, particularly for clinical staff.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI and other healthcare regulatory HR standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection in handling employee information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR; experience in a hospital or healthcare setup preferred.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Languages: Tamil/English/Telugu( Additional languages are added advantage
