Job Title: HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support core HR operational tasks. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – 70%

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Handle offer discussions and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

HR Operations – 30%

  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll input processes.
  • Provide assistance in performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Experience in recruitment (corporate or agency).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
