About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding. Experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• MEP industry experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
