Your Role

As a Human Resources Officer , you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding documentation
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding
• Preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
