  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Onboarding

o Source and screen candidates through job portas, referrals, and social media.


o Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


o Handle pre-joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll-outs.


o Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.


  • Stakeholder Coordination

o Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.


o Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status.



  • Reporting & Compliance


o Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers.


o Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.


  • Internal Job Post Coordination


o IJP announcement and Coordination with Hiring manager.


Requirements

Key Task:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.


Expertise and Skills


  • Proficiency in excel is needed.

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory.
