HR Recruiter

We’re looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us find, attract, and hire top talent to support our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
• Create and post job descriptions on Indeed and other job boards.
• Source candidates using online channels, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
