Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job postings.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws.
- Support HR team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for an international company.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
