Job Description: HR Recruiter – Call Centre Hiring

Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Call Centre Recruitment
Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday Fixed Off

Education: Post Graduation (MBA – HR)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (must be on paper)

• No employment gap of more than 3 months

Gender: Male / Female

Industry Requirements

• Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in BPO / Call Centre hiring, Telesales or Telecalling hiring, and bulk hiring is essential.
• Should have hands-on experience working with vendors and staffing agencies.
• Must have experience working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and telesales roles.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Ensure smooth execution of the interview and selection process.
• Collect and verify documents required for onboarding.
• Achieve daily hiring targets — minimum 2 joinings per day.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultancies to fulfill bulk hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure consistent pipeline management.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
