HR Recruiter

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage job postings and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate progress.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and updates to HR leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Criteria

• Experience of minimum 1-3 years
• Salary Budget - 20k to 25k (negotiable)
• Job Location - Bengaluru(Domlur Layout)
• Languages - Must be fluent to Speak in English & Hindi
• Mandatory - Google sheet with basic formula knowledge and good computer skills
• Working Days & Time - Monday to Saturday from 10:30 Am to 7:00 Pm
