Job Title: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job

requirements.

 Create and post job descriptions across various job boards and social platforms.

 Utilize recruitment tools, job portals, and networking channels to source qualified

candidates.

 Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate

competencies and cultural fit.

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment

experience.

 Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

 Perform background checks, reference checks, and document verification.

 Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the HR team and

leadership.

 Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

 Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Proven experience (1–3+ years) in HR recruitment.

 Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and ATS

usage.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Salary – For the month 25000 to 35000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
