HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team,

· Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the UAE or region.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

· Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
