What You’ll Lead

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Build partnerships with universities, institutes, and recruitment agencies
• Maintain professional and structured communication with candidates
• Optimize hiring costs using effective sourcing channels
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and background verification
• Execute structured induction programs for new joiners
• Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance formalities
• Oversee handover–takeover documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment or HR
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and time management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
