Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support talent acquisition efforts primarily for accounting, auditing, and finance-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the CA firm, including finance, accounting, audit, and support roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions tailored to CA and finance roles
• Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding process with selected candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with CA colleges, training institutes, and professional bodies for talent sourcing
• Support HR team with other administrative and recruitment-related activities as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a CA firm, accounting, or finance sector
• Strong understanding of CA qualification and related finance roles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferable:

• Exposure to recruitment of CA, CMA, and finance professionals
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and HR policies in CA firms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,683.10 - ₹30,891.71 per month
