Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Senior People Partner

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes across various functions. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and supporting manpower planning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring mandates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports.

Interview & Selection Coordination

  • Liaise with different departments to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support hiring managers during the selection process and provide timely feedback.

Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination

  • Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within defined ranges, and finalize hiring.
  • Facilitate pre-joining documentation and ensure a smooth onboarding handover to HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and files.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Assist in organizing job fairs, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events.
  • Represent the company professionally to attract quality talent.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare MIS reports such as hiring status, lead times, source effectiveness, and pipeline updates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, BMS BBA.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles (preferably Media, Production, advertising domains)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job portals, and candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
