Role Summary

The HR Recruiter at B'Creamy will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple franchise locations, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support our expanding food and beverage business.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create or update job descriptions.​

· Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to build a strong talent pipeline.​

· Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.​

· Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and collect feedback for decision making.​

· Maintain recruitment data in Applicant Tracking Systems and keep accurate records.​

· Manage job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate offer letters and joining formalities.​

· Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and suggest improvements.​

· Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to attract talent.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.​

· 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably with exposure to multiple hiring channels.​

· Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, MS Office, or Google Workspace.​

· Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.​

· Basic understanding of relevant labor laws and HR policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
