JKey Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → onboarding
  • Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract candidates
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
  • Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers
  • Support HR activities like documentation & induction

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Bulk Hiring / Technical Recruitment (Good to Have)
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of basic HR operations & onboarding procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
