  • Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, networking, and direct searches.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct reference checks and support in salary negotiations.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
  • Monitor hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports when required.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
