- Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, networking, and direct searches.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct reference checks and support in salary negotiations.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Monitor hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports when required.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR databases, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
