About the Role
You’ll handle end-to-end hiring for different clients. The role needs someone who’s good at sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while keeping communication smooth with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements clearly
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
• Screen profiles and shortlist the right match
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain proper tracking of all active requirements
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer closures
• Build a strong pipeline for future roles
• Share daily or weekly updates with the team

Required Skills

• Strong communication and people skills
• Good understanding of recruitment process
• Experience using Naukri/LinkedIn/job portals
• Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time
• Good follow-up and coordination

Qualifications

• Any graduate
• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
