HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter based in Karachi who will be responsible for hiring local talent in Karachi to support our Canada-based brands. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various functions while working closely with international stakeholders to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Karachi-based positions supporting our Canadian brands
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements and workforce needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports
• Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires in Karachi
• Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor laws
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring in Pakistan
• Strong understanding of local hiring practices and job markets in Karachi
• Experience working with international companies or brands (preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for support, operations, tech, or creative roles
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
