HR RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, technical, and staff positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure timely joining and documentation of new hires
• Support manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Assist in HR operations as required

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in manufacturing/plant hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
• Basic knowledge of labor laws is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
