Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of positions, including technical roles, engineering, sales, and administrative functions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a recruitment plan tailored to each role.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process and providing timely feedback.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources, to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Ascolite Construction Chemical Company’s employer brand to attract top talent and build a strong, positive image in the job market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the construction or chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • 4-5 Years experience in HR Recruiter position can apply
