Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all branches

Conduct interviews, follow-ups, and complete joining formalities

2. Manpower Planning

Plan and maintain required staff strength for each branch

Handle replacements and new hiring based on branch needs

3. Attendance & Performance Tracking

Monitor staff attendance and performance across branches

Prepare and submit monthly HR reports

4. Incentive Calculation

Calculate staff incentives based on targets, sales, and collections

Prepare branch-wise and individual incentive statements

5. Payroll Coordination

Support salary processing including incentives and deductions

Coordinate HR data with the Accounts team

6. Employee Records & HR Compliance

Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records

Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed

7. Branch & Staff Coordination

Coordinate with Branch Managers and staff regularly

Address employee queries, issues, and grievances

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Degree / MBA (HR preferred)

Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

Strong Excel skills (attendance, payroll, incentive calculations)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple branches

Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience

Experience in multi-branch operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
