Vacancy: HR Recruiter
Location: Dum, Dum, Motijheel, Kolkata, west bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 03 to 06 Month experience & Fresher all so Welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process
• Screening, shortlisting & interviewing candidates
• Coordination with department heads for hiring needs
• Managing job portals & social media hiring
• Preparing MIS & daily recruitment reports
• Handling onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

• 3–6 Month experience & Fresher all so Welcome
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• MS Excel knowledge
• Target-oriented & proactive

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,052.66 - ₹12,000.00 per month
